The College of Engineering and Computer Science, represented by the Professional Skills Development Unit of the Alumni Department, organized a training program entitled "From Graduate to Artificial Intelligence Engineer: How to Build Your Future in the World of Data?" on Tuesday, December 3, 2025, attended by a number of female students from the college.
The program aimed to enable female students to understand the career path in the fields of data and artificial intelligence and provide them with a practical roadmap to transition from the study stage to the job market efficiently and professionally. The program covered several topics, most notably an introduction to the basics of the world of data, related career paths, and the most important skills required in the job market, in addition to reviewing the most prominent tools and platforms used in the field, such as Power BI, Tableau, Dataiku, Alteryx, Incorta, and Snowflake.
The program also focused on mechanisms for building a strong professional profile, improving professional presence on LinkedIn, and preparing for specialized job interviews, supported by advice drawn from practical experience and professional expertise in the local and international job market.
