The Department of Software Engineering, represented by the College of Engineering and Computer Science, organized an exhibition of emerging digital technologies for students of the College of Engineering and Computer Science, on Wednesday morning, on Rabi’ al-Thani 15, 1444 AH, corresponding to November 9, 022 CE, in the college lobby in the presence of the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Rahman bin Hilal Al-Talhi.
The exhibition related to innovative projects for students of the Emerging Digital Technologies course, in which innovative projects were presented using existing technologies (artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, Internet of things and Blockchain, as well as data protection, drones and robots). The Software Engineering Department aims to support male and female students, especially in innovative projects in emerging digital technologies. During the visit to the exhibition, the president of the university honored the NARS team, student Nayef Al-Saif, student Arman Ziad and Dr. Shabana Ziyad, for winning first place in the Artificial Intelligence Hackathon for Health Care #IAU_HPC22, which was organized by the College of Computer Science and Information Technology at Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University.
