Field Training is considered one of the most important practical application methods for undergraduate students. This comes through practicing academic knowledge in organizations, boards, public and private companies. The student interacts with the leaderships of those organizations, staffs and customers and thus he gains practical experience through such experiments. Completing Field Training course is one of the pre-requisites for acquisition of Bachelor degree in all academic departments. The student is center of focus in the field training. At the same time, academic supervisor, assessment committee in the department and training place supervisor also play their part of role in it.
Field Training generally aims at;
1. Let the students gain practical and training experience before graduation
2. Let them have direct contact with work environment and be in close touch with labor market
3. Reinforce student's theoretical study by practical application and training on systems and writing reports.
4. Train the students to take up responsibilities, be committed to time and respect rules and regulations
5. Train them to work with team, develop their skills and good behavior with others
6. Let the national and private enterprises know the skills of students and employ them
7.Let the college know the job market requirements and therefore update its curricula and educational process
8. Facilitate opportunities to have chance for experience exchange and open channels of cooperation between the college and training places
